1. Tell us about your work
My work is very eclectic, which I love! I make jewelry, terrariums, paint coffee mugs and wine glasses and stamp spoons!

2. How did you come to be a professional artist/crafter/designer?
I wouldn't say I'm a professional. I started painting wine glasses to give away as Christmas gifts and my future sister-in-law suggested I list them on etsy. Before I knew it, I was hooked! I love thinking up new and different things to make.

3. Where do you draw your inspiration?
I find inspiration everywhere. With my coffee mugs I draw inspiration from life. I paint silly sayings on them that are meant to make people laugh. When I create jewelry I find my inspiration in nature. I love creating jewelry with found objects. My fiancé and I go for a lot of hikes and we never leave empty handed! I love collecting sea glass to make my sea glass jewelry. Moss is really fun to work with. I make mini moss terrarium pendants which are adorable!

4. What’s your favorite item to create?
I love everything I make. When I finish something and it makes me smile, I know others will like it too!

5. What’s your best seller?
My hand painted coffee mugs are definitely my number one seller, with the hand stamped spoons close behind. Painting each mug and stamping the spoons as they are ordered allows customers to put own personal touch on my product. I add names, dates, quotes. Whatever makes it more special for them.

6. How long have you been in Rhode Island?
I've lived in Rhode Island for 25 years, All my life!

7. What do you {heart} about Rhode Island?
I love that it's home!
