1. Tell us about your work
I'm an Autodidact Photographer and a Digital artist. I find my inspiration from simple things. I enjoy the freedom of the digital medium as it stimulates my imagination and offers so many unexpected possiblities. My style varies greatly in my mood. I love creating moody and dramatic scenes because I believe that they evoke emotional replications from us and there is a subliminal and magical quality about them. I create great images that are products of my imagination on how I opt to present my concepts and emotions.

I explore art programs, like Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter. I also do photomanipulations together with my painting techniques, It really requires a lot of creativity and skill but it is so amazing because of many effects and great results that you can achieve. My porfolio consists of Adam and Eve series, Lighthouses Collection, Landscapes and Seascapes Collection, Four seasons Collection, Collection of Greek gods and goddesses, Memento Mori Collection, and some other surrealistic fine art pieces.

2. How did you come to be a professional artist/crafter?
I have been fond of art since I was in high school but never really paid much attention to it. I didn't have a formal training at all. Most of the time, I enjoy the trial and error type of learning associated with digital art and photography. I tend to see things differently, I see patterns in things around me that are pleasing, so I try to capture or create them and share it to the world.

3. Where do you draw your inspiration?
I don't have a specific style and inspiration, I develop my technique using a lot of experimentation. There are times that I want to create a mystic and surrealistic atmosphere in my work. It's mainly a visualization of my ideas and emotions and then transform them into fine art prints.

4. What’s your favorite item to make?
I create images out of flights of fancy which I find it more challenging. I create things that are extension of me, whether it'll be a feeling or mood, things that I love, simple preferences, beautiful places, or something that just happened to catch my eye.

5. What’s your best seller?
My "Athena's Bird" is my best seller. It depicts Athena's bird which was the owl, a symbol of intelligence. This is also my favorite among my other images, it's compelling, haunting and very mysterious at the same time. It's like entering or witnessing a different world.

6. How long have you been in Rhode Island?
I was originally from the Philipppines and moved here in Rhode Island in 2010.

7. What do you {heart} about Rhode Island?
